How much does it cost?
55 kr. per user per month to use the Eurocard Pro app. Of the EU VAT amount the company gets refunded, Vatex takes 20% as payment. 15% for amounts above over 100.000 kr. per calendar yeae

How does it work?
Use the credit card for payment. Take a picture of the receipt. Answer the questions. Submit your travel expense. You are now done with travel expense management og refunding of EU VAT.
Can I do more than get EU VAT refunded?
Yes, the app helps you with a host of things regarding management ofyour credit card, like travel expense management and mileage. An especially big help for your travelling employees.
What can the app do besides travel expense management?
With the app you can also check your card, for instance. See whether cards can be used for internet shopping, get you pin if you forgot it, get an overview of insurance on the card and monthly digital invoices. Besides that it can create a digital and user-friendly mileage report and expense settlement.
Can I get other expenses into the app than those I payed with the card?
Yes, you can manually create all types of payments and still take a picture of the receipt making it available digitally

Can the same card handle multiple currencies?
You can always pay in any country, also if the card is not in the same currency as the expense.

Which ERP systems does the solution integrate with?
At this point, the solution already integrates with Economics and FortNox. Very soon it will also integrate with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Other ERP systems can be integrated with through CSV files.
Can I manage the cards centrally?
Yes, via the management solution E-Admin from Eurocard.
Which currencies?
Eurocard supports the issuance of credit cards in DKK, SEK, NOK, EUR, GBP, PLN, and CHF. This requires approval from Eurocard though, and requires that the cards are issued to a company in a country that uses this currency.
Is it a danish card?
Yes, cards issued in DKK are danish.
